Bill came in and fixed our sink and garbage disposal. Always kind and respectful and lets us know what the issue is and how he plans to resolve it. If he is unable he recruits help to ensure the job is done correctly. The apartment building is older we have had some plumbing issues however the office typically responds to maintenance requests quickly.
